I've been doing some research for my snacking this summer. Haven't tried it yet, but heard 'zero sugar' jello is just 30 calories or so for the entire batch. I need to maintain a healthy weight in order to be fast, but I also need to eat. Got any good foods that are low calorie?
I'm talking healthy but also kinda low calorie (dunno how healthy zero sugar jello is lol) celery, gum (which I heard makes you hungrier when you chew it), apples, etc. Any thoughts?
