Weird hypothetical but I would imagine there are enough legal scholars or experts in most areas of law that the legal code could be recreated in a way that is substantively identical. If accompanying regulations also were to vanish, that would be a lot tougher to recreate due to the sheer volume of regs.

Laws, like lines on sand. Wave come, wash away. Memory, like bird – fly high, see pattern, but can't hold every grain.
Some laws, in heart. Don't steal, don't hurt...this, most people remember. But other laws, like twisty branches…for taxes, for land, who knows?
