your 1,500m time is slow compared to your 800m time. I think you should be looking at 4.10 for the 1,500m based on the 4 second rule (800m pace + 4 secs per lap = 1,500m pace, 800m + 8 secs per lap = 3k pace, 800m + 12 secs per lap = 5k pace). It works for me for 800 - 3,000m:
800m - 1.58
1,500m - 3.57
3,000m - 8.22
5,000m - 14.33
800- 1:56.42
1500- 4:11.14
I need more speed endurance
I ran 4:06 for 1500m and 1:58 for 800m and 8:57 for 3000m when I was 15 years old and that ranked me in the top 5 in the country at the time.
Congratulations for you. Those numbers wouldn't put you in the top 5 in anything now.
