That is plenty fast. Threshold isn't supposed to feel "fast." What was the workout?
If anything, it’s too quick.
Sounds about right unless the reps are longer than 4-5 minutes.
Oh the conversion from mile to k pace...yep that is about right. Anywhere from 3:55k to 4:05k pace will be just fine.
6:15 pace would roughly be half marathon pace. 6:10 would be ~1hr pace. That's if you have the endurance to hold the 17:55 speed. What workout did you do? If you knocked out a 3 mile tempo that might be easier than 10k-15k worth of volume @ 6:15ish pace. But tempo/threshold workouts can use a range of paces from 15k pace to marathon pace depending on volume/how you feel/etc.
Its ball park, then you have to adjust a bit up or down for perceived exertion, comfortably hard, pulse, whatever measures you like. I find TP to be Daniels +/- 10 sec
