Went on my first run today and felt a small twinge in that area, only happened a couple times on the run and hasn’t bothered me since. Is that normal?

It's a mental thing most likely. Plus, your bone has regrown over the fracture which can cause some odd sensations when you first start back. Barring something strange, I think you are fine. It will go away after a few runs back.
Yea pretty normal… no stress
Yeah as long as the recovery for it was sound I agree that it's likely mental. Kind of hard to not zero in on and focus on the area that got you hurt & spend the whole run wondering if it's going to happen again. Generally stress fractures heal enough in 6-12 weeks (overall healing process can take up to a year) to reintroduce some running. Just be smart with it. Start with every other day. Do reduced body weight running. Cross train. If you found out you were deficient in something take your supplements. Bring back hard workouts gradually. Etc.
Had a stress fracture 5 years ago now. Time off made me super paranoid and struggled quite a lot mentally. I couldn't start running properly for a really long time because I kept thinking I had pain and wasn't fully healed. Was pretty much all in my head, and needed 2 confirmations from the doctor to fully reassure me.
