One workout with short intervals doesn't give us enough to predict a 3200 accurately.
It looks to me like you've got a good shot at a 5:15 mile, so that suggests 11:00 to 11:20 3200 if you're doing good mileage and are well-trained aerobically.

Mile pace workouts are way different than the one posted by OP, he/she is stronger aerobically than ur interpretation

I could be wrong, but 14 x 400 with 80 second rests is not enough to give me confidence in aerobic conditioning necessary for a 3200 predictor workout -- even before you break it into two sets. The old standard 10x400 with 60 second rests is used as a 1600 predictor. So I don't see why an additional four reps with all of the extra rest would be so dramatically more difficult.
OP, come back and tell us how you did. I hope I'm wrong!

OP said quote: “it started getting tough around 10th rep but got better” in my perspective mile pace workouts get tough sooner and it doesnt really get easier if you want to keep pace
