Yeah, I've got an XDM 10mm and love it at the range, but it's not even a comfortable carry for me, let alone for running.
It's probably a very good firearm but too big for what the original poster wants to use it for. I haven't shot a 10mm yet. I do have other pistols in 9mm, .40, & .45 but don't really want to expand to another caliber platform.
