I’m in Boise this weekend for work. Can anyone familiar with the city recommend a 200m hill for a Saturday session?
Sure. I would go to Camelback Park. Easily assessable from the Downtown, if you have a car rental park at the entrance. Plenty of choices, steepest near park entrance. There is a an area called The Grove about 800 meters north that we run often for repeats. Another thought, is a group that meets at the Downtown YMCA at 7:00 am. They can direct you, about 1 1/2 miles to the hill. Saturday is Boise largest race, perhaps 1,500 participants, so avoid Military Reserve

Thank you very much for the reply. I do have a rental, so will be able to drive. Camelback it is!
Here is where Boise State does their hill repeats. If you park at the military reserve, it is about a mile to the hill. Nice and gradual, but is almost 800 meters long with very little traffic!
Agree that is a good spot. Problem is Robie Creek is Saturday. Fine if one gets out early, I believe the race starts around noon, but still it eill be accelerating madness after 10:00 am.
