Any calculators out there that are good at predicting sprint and middle distance times? Most of the calculators seem geared towards long distances (like the McMillan one is WAY off when dealing with sprints--at least for me).
I would like to know how:
100m time relates to 200m time-->400m time-->800m time. I have a lot of questions that could potentially be answered if I knew this.
For example, if you want to run a sub 50 400m, what is the slowest you should be able to run 100m? How fast do you have to run a 400m to get under 2 for 800 etc.
Any decent equations based on research/experience? Any web sites you know of?
