In civilized countries the death penalty is reserved or the select few individuals who are a severe threat to society, like serial killers, etc. In Pablo Escobar's organization the death penalty was reserved for just about everyone. He was an uncivilized bully. A tyrant. A criminal. A scourge. Antisocial. A murderer. A tax cheat. A megalomaniac.
