Just curious to hear from others. What were you running in late March vs early May? I'm running about 15:14 right now, but that was my 1st race of the season (college male).

Depends on how heavily periodized your training is and how you handle peaking, good race opportunities also matter. Could be as little as 20s to as much as a minute, but I'd say on average 30-40s from my own experience.
Was that 15:14 on tired legs in a meet without much competition? If so, you could easily be a 14:30 guy later on while peaking and getting pulled along in a pack of fast guys (that was exactly one of my teammates progression this season as a freshman in college).
