I like saying you got three sitting on you finish line is just around the corner you gotta go! Track I just give them a wild 200 split and or the wrong lap

Well of course not dummy. But there are varying gradations of encouragement. “You got this” plain sucks. But “hey there man run faster whoa now!” Would be better for sure. “You don’t got this is!” Would be discouraging
