Bolt at the same age was similarly well developed beyond his years. But yes agree, quads for days!
It was a championship record and definitely not a U-17 WR. Quincy Wilson just ran 45.19 at 16yo.

Having super muscular quads isn’t enough to allege he’s lying about his age. He probably got a huge natural testosterone boost from ages 13-16, and it’s not surprising that a 46.75 16 year old sprinter isn’t built like an average kid.

Bloke in purple seizing up like Nijel Amos! lol but in all seriousness, overall admirable performances which may/may not be aided by grey-area substances, but then again, that could be said about most outlying performances, given their intrinsic nature (specifically, physical requirements).
But, as previously stated, Quincy Wilson’s recent exploits have shifted perspectives, and render this bloke’s performance relatively “pedestrian”.
The future holds somehow always passing every drug test lol. Or is that only reserved for their aging women’s sprinters?

Maybe, maybe not, but you obviously haven’t seen any high school football games. You’d see multiple clean kids bigger and just as cut as this kid.
