How would you recommend maximizing 35mpw as an 800 guy? I’m somewhat injury prone if I try to run more than that but find it difficult running 3 workouts a week. If I do 2 workouts a week, I feel like the majority of my runs are easy pace and I’m not even close to the 80/20 easy miles v quality miles rule, more like 90/10 most weeks. Would like some advice on structuring a solid training plan as a relatively low mileage 800 guy.
