I'm a 28yo hobby jogger.
I've run quite inconsistently for the past 4 years (5-20mpw depending on the week/month), but consistently for the past 8 months, I run about 35/40mpw, and I'm in 1:37 shape.
But I would like to also improve my explosive power to be faster on 60m-200m.
Is it possible while still progressing on Half Marathon distance ? For which I'm planning to bump up my training volume to 45-50mpw.
