I have had IT band syndrome for about 6 months now. Have been doing tons of banded strengthening exercises and some weights. Also have been doing stretches for my glutes and hamstrings daily. When I first got it, it felt terribly painful, but now it is just tight. Like, I can run on it and it feels decent. But, after it will tighten up for the rest of the day. I just can't get it untight. I got back to running for about 2 months, and the pain did not come back, but it continued to stay tight. So, now I am taking time off from running to really try and fix it. Any advice would be amazing. Tightness is the issue now, it is not really painful anymore. But the tightness is super annoying. Thank you in advance.
