The UWEC is by far the worst conference. Last year, everyone DNFed the 10k, and the winning time for the 1500m was 4:42. For the 10k, they just awarded the championship to the guy who made it the furthest. Also, there is no 800m, and the steeple has 3 water jumps! There is also only 3 teams, the University of Cityville, Franklinsburg College, and College of the Bear-man. It's not even division 1, but division 3! This conference should be disbanded.

HEY! Don’t talk about the UWEC like that. I’m from Bear-Man College and we work hard just like anyone else in Division 1.
As the guy who got silver in the 10k representing Bear-man, the conditions were brutal the 3 mph winds got me and I am just not a Saturday afternoon kind of runner. I made it 3.5 laps in so better than those freaky Franklinville runners. How dare u disrespect the UWEC, me and my squad will find out who you are and beat up your team any day-except Saturday afternoon. Good day to you.

This whole thing needs to be investigated for false testimony. Obviously the UWEC isn't the strongest running conference, but there's so much potential.
For starters, the weather was ATROCIOUS. Yes, the 1500m was won in only 4:42, but there was also an ungodly rainstorm. The 10k was suspended, and thus they awarded the W to whoever was farthest ahead, there wasn't really any other option. The 800 and steeple claims are nonsense
OP is also lying about the number of schools. As a coach from the South Harmon Institute of Technology, we didnt have enough athletes on the roster to hit sport sponsorship and count. Only the 3 listed schools yield full track teams.
All in all, this whole post is full of falsehoods. Somebody back me up here.

That steeple really was abhorrent, but at least they didn't have 3 water-pits!!!!!! Half the runners got injured, and one person almost drowned!

I really don't appreciate you talking about the conference this way! We work just as hard at Cityville as any division 1 college and I would be willing to put money on the fact that we work just as hard if not harder than NAU does everyday at practice! I was in that 10k race last year and I do not think you understand how bad the weather really was! It was the worst weather we have ever ran in, even though I only made it 1 lap, it felt like I did a full 10k!! Just because we don't have the flashy times to present like some of these school does not mean we don't have the work ethic to present like them too!! Think about that next time you want to post such an ignorant comment on here!!!!!!!
