Hi everyone, I'm 27 years old, I've always done middle distance running but only a couple of years ago did I start training seriously again. I was stuck at 2'00" in the 800m student category and now my main objective is to break down this wall. I bring you some of the latest training sessions on the track because I would like to know your opinion on the situation given that the track season.
- 2x600m (1'48") + 2x500m (1'28") + 2x400m (1'07") + 2x300m (48") (rec. 2'/4')
- 4x4x150m (rec. 45"/4') average 21"9
- 1200m (3'59") + 1000m (3'15") + 800m (2'28") + 600m (1'45") + 400m (1'03") recovery always 4'
These are some of the works done in the last few weeks, mainly integrated with short climbs, strength, some more aerobic work with active recoveries and slow runs. I would like to know in your opinion more or less how much I can be worth in the 800m and 1500m.
Thank you
