Whats your weekly cycle look like?

I'll give you a very simplified example of my typical week, but obviously this depends on the programming period.
1) 10km slow run + short climbs
2) 4k warm-up + aerobic focus interval work
3) 8km slow run + barbell strength (squats, hip trusts, deadlifts, lunges etc.) + 6x80m easy lunges
4) 5km warm-up + anaerobic focus interval work
5) rest
6) fartlek
7) 13km slow run

Thanks for your opinion. I hope to do better since last year I finished with 2'01" and 4'19" and this year I prepared much more

Hi everyone, I'll update you. Last week I ran the 800 meters in the race in 2:01.27 This morning I did this workout: 3x(300m + 150m) with one minute recovery between the two tests and 7 minutes between the series, with the following times:

1) 43"9 - 20"2

2) 43"0 - 20"2

3) 43"5 - 21"2

Now that we have some more information, do you think we can break the 2 minute barrier this season?

You should be very close. The 800 is hard to get right. Just keep racing and it'll happen.

Will update. On Wednesday I did the 800 in 2:00.26 and today I did it in 2:00.05 (so it takes really badly 😭)
