Does anyone have any suggestions for racing flats which are comparable to the Nike Air Streak Lite or the Reebok Racer X? My all time favorite is the Air Streak Lite, but can't find them anywhere, so I tried the bright green Air Streak, but I don't like it near as much. Both the Streak Lite and Racer X were nice because they were light, but had some decent cushioning built in.
Any suggestions for finding something similar?

Try the Air Streak Spectrum Plus. I like them.
waldi, did you ever race in the Nike Air Ghost Racer? It is now extinct, but have just been hanging on to my last worn out pair because I like them so much. Supossedly, the Streak replaced them............are the Streaks comparable to the Ghosts (that is if you ever wore them)?
I liked both of those shoes and now use the Adidas Cubato Plus. Closest thing Ive found, although those Streak Spectrum seem like they would be similar also. I just didn't like the way the upper felt/fit. Good luck.
the streak spectrum upper is too big for most people's feet. particularly in the forefoot, which results in sliding around, especially if you're a forefoot striker. my solution was to cut a slit in the forefoot, about one inch long, starting at the bottom lace. then, when you cinch the laces, it allows that slit to overlap each other and the whole upper tightens up. won't cause a blister if you wear socks, not sure about if you don't..hope it helps.
The Vapors by Nike would probably be best for replacing the Streak Lite (of course, not sure which Streak Lite as there were a host of them) The Vapors is the lightest Nike product. Ghost Racer will feel quite clunky, as well as the newer Streak. The Spectrum is good, but the fit is too big for a flat.
Other good options, Adidas Cubato, Reebok Premier Racer, and Mizuno Wave Spacer.

Anyone have any experience with the New Balance flats like the RC150 RW or the RC240 SB?
The RC150s are great and extremely lightweight, but they have no support at all. I wouldn't wear them for anything over 10k.
