Nobody fits this description.
That isn't versatile. A versatile runner would be someone who wins the gold medal in the hundred meter and the marathon at the same games.
I know no one fits it perfectly. I just mean like who is somewhat close to it

OK well then nobody clean comes close BUT Said Aouita at one point could probably run 48xx (not sure exactly) and he did run 27:26.
Morceli might have been even faster at 400 than Aouita and I have zero doubt he could have broken 28.
Haile Gebrselassie and Kenenisa Bekele? Haile came within a second of El G's then WR indoor 1500 and Bekele still holds the indoor 2000 WR. Geb also set the marathon WR while Bekele was 2 seconds away, so they both had WR range from about 1500-2000 meters up to the marathon, with some crazy fast last 200s in certain races
I don't think you're going to find anyone 400 to 10k.
You'll either get 400 to 1500 and 800 to 10K at best. The 400m requires too much different training that someone splitting a good 10K won't be doing or doesn't have the capability to do.
I think the most versatile are guys who move onto HM/Marathon as they age. So like Bekele, Kipchoge, Farah. All of them split acceptable 1:48 800m (or probably could in the case of runners like Kipchoge) and their results above that speak for themselves. But I don't think they could have performed their entire range in a small period of time during their careers. They had to completely change their training to move up properly.
Has to be Sifan Hassan, right? 1:56 in the 800 and 2:13 marathon. Can legitimately bounce between the 1500 and marathon (and XC apparently) in the same season.

Said Aouita.
Not sure about his 400 time, but he was ranked number 1 in the world by Track and Field News in the 800, 1500, 5k, and 10k. I think he is the only person to have that distinction.
