I’m curious wether there are ways to properly train for both events. I’m shooting for a 4:15 1500m and a 15:45 5k. I currently have a 4:44 mile and a 16:12 5k pb. I did a workout today that was one mile at 5k, 2x400 at mile, 800 at 5k, 2x300 at 800, and 600 at 3k. Would this a workout that could partially accomplish this? I’m curious about what you think.
