I had a pretty difficult high volume past two weeks of training and today just did a workout of 1200, 1200, 800, 800, 300, 300, with splits of 3:46, 3:44, 2:31, 2:28, 50, 50. I did this is trainers and felt pretty good. If I taper next week can I break 10 in the 32 next Saturday in spikes in a competitive race?
