because you were day dreaming?
because you were day dreaming?
hit 5 times; nearly hit at least 25 times. Runners are dreamers who often do not have a foot in reality.
Zero. When you run you have to accept a certain level of personal responsibility. That means: no strollers, no cell phones, no headphones, no iPODS, no HRMs or GPS'.
You have to focus on your running, your surroundings, the weather and any moving object within hearing or site.
That's the way it is guys and gals.
Then you're not running enough. The question was almost - not hit. I've never been hit - almost, probably 10.
thats why i always got my 9milly. F the cops, yo.
Are those legit NATO rounds, there?
Most of the time, even though its my fault that I wasn't paying attention, the people that almost hit me are usually on cell phones.
Been hit once. In high school I was running across a busy road at the intersection while the light was red. I didn't see a car coming and it was still going about 20-30mph when I jumped to try to avoid it. It clipped my ankle and I was limping around the rest of the day. A week later I ran the conference track meet and I think won the 1600m.
Other than that, I've almost been hit a million other times. Stupid cars.

So you're not really sure if you won? Is this result still be disputed or what?
Just today?
Uuuuuh, it was 10+ years ago.
7 times, but none of them were going really fast. Pulling out of an alley way and smashing into my shoulder or leg. Worst one bumped me off my feet and my entire arm was bruised and right hand and elbow were scraped up.
almost, a bunch of times; never hit by a car, but actually hit by a bicycle--while on a sidewalk.
also hit with numerous flying onjects, including a full soda bottle and an egg.
