I recently ran 2:04 (27,31,32,34) pr 58/66 and 1:30 at the 600 i felt decent 6-700 but my legs completely gave out and i struggled the last 120 ish meters.
What can i do in my training to help me get down? for reference my 400 pr was 55 but that was last year and i'm a lot stronger then i would estimate i could run 54 low or 53 high now.
I am already gonna try and run faster in my workouts as i don't think i've ever really run sub 2 pace besides like the last 2 200s of 200 reps. and I know i've never run faster then 60 in a workout 400.
