Are you allowed to take ibuprofen in races at NCAA level? Got a sore calf and need to take painkillers for it but want to ensure they aren’t PED’s and do they affect performance? Do they hurt performance or make you feel exhausted?

I listened to a recent podcast called Stick to Football and both Gary Neville and Roy Keane said that they spent most of their late-20s dosed up on ibuprofen.

Ibuprofen is NOT banned by either USADA or WADA.
If you are legitimately and seriously asking, ibuprofen has no affect on athletic performance at all...

Stop enabling them. Please don’t listen to these people OP. It’s dangerous and you could become addicted. Also, it’s just unfair to the clean athletes you’re racing against.
I'd recommend a fifth of Pfitz myself.
