I was still following a Morrocan channel and people there are 50% to 50% about him. (some invoked complets theories). But the surprise is that I started to believe he is dirty.

Yep, this. The WR will be 3:24 high inside of five years, and tactical races will be no more, but say there's an Olympics or WC where it's super hot or something, the "slow" race will go 3:27.
Every race from there on out will show five seconds of the Centro jogfest, and that will become the next "Agony of Defeat" TV element that kids see for decades and have ingrained in their minds.
Nobody we've heard of yet will turn this 3:24, though, but we might start looking for 800 meter guys who are always running 1:44 flat and not winning, sort of like King Kevin Kiptum was doing in the halves.
You're right, of course. Moroccan athletics is badly managed but there are signs of improvement. Moroccans have adaptations and that is a scientific fact. Expect a new generation of El Gs to be running 3:22 soon.
