I have a goal of getting to 40 a week- I think that's all my aging body (and my mind which is losing motivation after 50+ years of running) can handle.
Ten miles. I did a 95% effort 5k in 16 high last week, unideal conditions. Could aim for sub 16 in the summer although still way off my PR and I'd consider myself a speed guy.
Age 63. I plan to increase both running and walking mileage as Spring approaches.
