Quite right, and automatically jumping to "racism" as the explanation any time something happens is a toxic and unhealthy way to look at the world. "Black man fired from elite job most people could never hope to obtain" is not evidence of racism, evidence that the firing was racially motivated is evidence of racism. So OP, bring some evidence or move on.

That's not how evidence or argument works. You made the accusation; you said "racism is the reason this thing happened." It's on you to show your claim is true, not on everyone else to prove it's false.

Did you watch SF play this year? They had a defense littered with superstars that vastly underperformed the talent it had. The GB game was an unmitigated disaster defensively and SF barely escaped that game. The Detroit game was not much better. They had a total of 2 sacks in those 2 games. Chase Young was basically invisible.

How about you just deal with a black person who stinks who then gets fired? It also should be noted that his predecessor (who left for Houston in the off season) also was black (it's hard to claim a team is "racist" when they routinely hire minorities) did a marvelous job turning around Houston this year. Too bad SF didn't have him this past year.

Just curious. When in the history of the NFL has a defensive coordinator fired after going to the Superbowl or NFL Championship game, their first year?

K Shanahan and 49ers organization told Steve Wilks to implement the same system on defense as two previous defense coordinators, 49ers. That is stupid. When a defense coordinator is hired, it is because a team likes the success a defense coordinator has shown with his system. Eg. teams hired Coach Buddy Ryan as defense coordinator because they liked him and his 4-6 defense. Teams hired Coach Tony Dungy because they liked his Cover - 2 system. No team would have hired Coach Buddy Ryan and told him to use Cover-2. No team would have hired Coach Dungy and told him to implement 4-6 defense.

Immediately after the game, Coach K Shanahan was asked about status of Coach S Wilks. Coach K Shanahan said he will have Coach S Wilks back if he wants to return the next season. Then the next morning, yesterday morning, K Shanahan fired S Wilks?

San Fransico 49ers had the top running back in NFL, 2023-2024 season. Brock Purdy is C+ talent at QB. With a 7 pt. lead early in second half, why did boy genius K Shanahan call 9 pass plays and only three running plays? The loss was on K Shanahan for a series of bad football decisions, not Coach S Wilks.

Yeah lets blame Kyle for firing the black man while not giving him any credit for hiring and working with DeMeco Ryans. By the way, in case anyone has doubts about Shanahan, I suggest you lookup what Shanahan said about Ryans prior to him getting hired by the Texans. Hint - it was the opposite of negative.

Perhaps Wilks has lasted only 1 season in all 5 of his positions because of his own actions and not some racist conspiracy that a league which worships BLM is sneaky racist.

It is a business. On top of the GB and Detroit games mentioned, the fact is the last 3 KC drives went 69, 64, and 75 yards for scores, and SF lost. Not sure that SF adjusted their defense scheme during the 4th Q and OT. So is the OP claiming Shanahan is racist for firing him, though he himself hired him?
