I’m really sick of this I get into really good aerobic shape and then everything falls apart on the track
My leg’s always feel so heavy at fast pace and I quit and don’t know what to do
I honestly don’t know what to do I tried to do a 2km TT at 2:45 per Km a go through the first Km in 2:47 barely breathing but my legs just have no push or power, specially fatigue in my hamstrings
afterwards i did 8x1km in flats at 3:05 off 30 with zero fatigue
I use to have so much confidence and self belief but now I feel like there is no point unless i can fix this heavy leg feeling which I friggin hate
i just want my legs feel strong again and I’m so upset and embarrassed
any advice would be greatly appreciated
