you need to not care what anyone else thinks and learn what you really value in another human. don't put a strict age limit on it. in terms of searching the apps, i would say there's a remote possibility that someone as young as 24 and as old as 45 could match your emotional intelligence and life experience.

keep the RANGE as broad as you can, but only consider women at the far end of either extreme if they really seem perfect for you. the overwhelming likelihood is that there are more women who are perfect for you closer to your exact age. keep your focus between 29 and 40 (38 if you want kids).
