I understand that with longer rest, the reps can be run faster and so more anaerobic. Or at least the early part of each rep can be run too fast.
What if the reps are done on the treadmill. The pace is constant regardless of the rest. If the rest is made longer with treadmill reps, does the session still become less aerobic?
