Training for the 1k for the hept, and I jumped into a 12x200 workout off 1 min still rest. I averaged 34-mid, which is *roughly* 2:50 pace, which could possibly win at conference in the hept. Is 2:50 a good estimation of current fitness based on the workout? I have decent speed (7.15 60m) so I shouldn't have any issue closing hard the last 100 or so, but id like a good goal to shoot for.
