Had a track workout today but the track had snow all over it and even the roads were a slippery slushy mess. So I decided to do my workout on the treadmill.
It was 2x(800-600-400) with 400 jog between each.
I was 60+ seconds slower per mile on each rep. Heart rate/effort was the same! I thought the treadmill would be easier but I was going embarrassingly slow and felt like death. Everything felt like an all out sprint.
Anyone else???
