I am a girl. My PR is 10:40 from last indoor season off of 25 mpw.
I know sub 10 is really ambitious and probably impossible but I need lots of tips on getting as close as I can!!
Hopefully my season will end March 8th-10th, which is Nike/NB Nationals. Right now I am running about 25 mpw. I am not speedy andinstead am a strength/distance type.
I try to do a threshold session and VO2 max/interval session once a week, strides after easy runs, and a long run.
Any tips and key 3k workout examples for sub 10 or just faster would be great
