Just trying to to get a feel what sequence of training days would be best during the HS track season.
M: Long Run T: Recovery Run W: Workout (Tempo/Intervals etc) Th: Pre meet run Friday: Invite Saturday: Recovery Run Sun: Day off
or
M: Regular Run T: Workout (Tempo/Intervals etc) W: Recovery run Thursday: Pre meet run Friday: Invite Saturday: Long Run Sunday: off
*Most of the kids are LDS and can't run Sundays.
