Do you mean pacing people to BQ times? Or fraudulently running a BQ time under their name? The former I could see people doing for a fee. The latter ought to get you a lifetime ban from BAA.

Charity bibs cost at least 5,000 and I'm sure plenty of people just write a check, so that would be your starting point. You'd probably need to provide A+ service to get that much though - make yourself look passably like the client, avoid clear camera shots, wear their watch and clothes, maybe even do some training runs and tune-up races with their watch.

Not much. There is already St. Cheat's marathon for people desperate to qualify. Anyone who can't qualify there sure as heck isn't on a regular course.
