Men round up, Women round down from what I hear.
I would say no. I generally round down the distance slightly for my official running log.
You're well within the margin of error. Give yourself credit for 1000.
... Or just go run up the street and back.
Strava is usually overreporting the distance due to the fact how GPS works.
Subtract 1-3% from your 999.6 miles and your are good.
Assume it is accurate. So you didn't complete the 1000 miles.
