I don't have a coach or a set training plan, but will have a training plan soon for some races later in 2024.
I've been looking at ways to track training load and data other than through Strava (which I use regularly) or a spreadsheet. I've been thinking about using either Training Peaks (costs $) or Intervals.icu (free, but I would probably give $ to support), since they seem to be two of the better options. If you've looked into these, or used either, do you have thoughts about which worked better for you or might be more useful for tracking training load and helpful data?
