Specifically I have questions about the fundamental period. 1 session a week for a 1500m runner is 30-50 min 1.30-1.40x slower than 1500m RP whilst another is a 90min moderate run (this is not mentioned in the article but I found it from a Canova letsrun thread).
However in the article it mentions aerobic power workouts for Mid-D runners such as 10x400 @ 62 off 2 mins but doesn't mention what sort of interval/fartlek etc workouts would be done in the fundamental period?
