Was a 7 mile progression run. Started out easy and it feeling nauseous and like I couldn’t go on much longer.
Avg. HR was 172 and it reached 194.
My max HR is supposed to be 204 according to 220-age (but if anything it may be lower). Usually I do 20 min threshold runs and threshold work at 180-182 avg.
So with a 172 avg and feeling very tired at the end with last three miles at 185 bpm, was this run too hard?
