LRC Dilemma - The people who click the most also hate the site

The people here the most probably have a tendency to being unhappy people. Banning them for saying something “bad” about this place makes no sense. Let them vent. After all, they are here voluntarily, I believe, so it really reflects more poorly on them.

It seems that OP said something implying dissatisfaction with the way LRC currently is and how it’s run. I guess we know what happens next.

That makes no sense. I wasn't ripping on LRC. I was lamenting that it must be hard for them to allow the constant bashing from people who probably click the most.

It's no different than people who say "If you don't like the US, leave", when it's those people who love the US the most and want it to fulfill it's potential. People who don't care don't wish for better.

uh huh sure, do you think it's possible that a number of the more consistent posters have gotten so frustrated and disillusioned with the site that they now act almost in a sabataging kind of manner? (like a lot of immature posts, non-running posts, mean posts, etc)

Of course 2 wrongs don't make a right, but it is common for people to engage in passive aggressive or tit-for-tat behavior.

Well I will say that they will ban some people for “personal attacks,” and others can do it all they want. They seem to encourage racism and homophobia here, and they even protect those posters from “personal attacks.”
