How does USATF selecting the team for World XC next year? I can't find anything on USATF's website.

It has been as straightforward as it gets. Run the US Nationals in Richmond, VA next month. Top runners that commit go. That number may vary, but it's usually between 7 and 9 for open/pro runners. So if they take 7, but 2 of those 7 decide not to go then 8th and 9th place finishers would have the option.

Well not necessarily as in the past top placers from Club Nats have gone.

Top placers from Club Nationals this weekend in Tallahassee.
Six more selected from the top 15 of those who want to go from Winter Nationals in February. Those left over in the top 15 not going to Worlds get first crack to go to the Pan-Am Games XC meet.
