Hello everyone. I'm in my 60's and getting back into Masters track in retirement: 800m -5k.
I'm somewhat injury prone due to high arched, rigid feet. I'm averaging about 50 minutes of running a day and include a threshold workout and a hill workout each week.
My question is this: is it better to increase my daily distance running up to 60 to 70 minutes a day or should I spend additional time cross training on a bike or an elliptical trainer?
Thanks in advance for any responses.
