The all-weather track I usually run at was closed this morning, so I had to do my workout on a pavement track. The workout I did was 3x1600 with short break. My average was 4:47, and it was pouring rain so the pavement was quite slippery. I was hoping to run a 4:38 average on the all-weather track in dragonflys. Is it reasonable to believe that the pavement track in trainers (Brooks Glycerin) could be 9 seconds a mile slower than the all-weather track? Thanks in advance, I've never run on a pavement track before.
