That is Asafa Powell on the cover.
However, there was a sprinter named Donovan Powell who competed in the mid-late 90's for Jamaica, was real good indoors in the 60m dash. Like world class, a great starter as I recall.
Actually I think Asafa and Donovan are brothers, but am not certain.
Same country, same family, but still a stupid mistake for the cover.
