I recently did a 5x1k, 200m rest (no more than 2 minutes each rep) with the following splits:
3:35, 3:29, 3:24, 3:24 and 3:25.
My next race is on November 11th (5k road race) and my question is whether sub 19 minutes is a realistic goal for the next race or too conservative of one? my current 5k pr is 19:10.
