I am tripping and I badly need this answer. .. is there a point where the force requiredto strike the ground with your feet plateaus as you Run faster(thereby can run 3 pace with exactly the same amount of force required to 3.10) or is speed on foot directly related to the force applied to the ground ???? I keep on thinking , as you Run faster there comes a point your feet can't puch force anymore and then the energy translates more towards the upper body for the speed demand..... what say ?
