I think Marcus Stroman (MLB pitcher) may have been the only one. I can't remember the specifics though he did get "shorter" officially. It goes with his "height doesn't measure heart" mantra/bs.
Just out to prove he was stronger or better in some way and the shorter he was the better he was for it or some malarky.
