Hi, I am a relatively new runner and was looking for people's opinions on how to train over the winter. I am 16 so pretty new to the running game and training styles.
I live in Scotland which is volatile in the winter months and makes it unpredictable.
Do you guys still go full training mode all winter or taper down a bit?
My races last year started from April and plan on having my first competitive run of 2024 in March
