Obviously Herriman and American Fork are the best 2 teams in the Southwest,
and the 3rd and 4th spot in the Southwest will be a battle between Riverton, Skyridge, Lone Peak, and Niwot, and they all deserve to be highly ranked nationally.
The Classical Academy CO looks solid but I don’t think they will beat any of those teams. Should they be ranked nationally too?

The NXN FAQ, under "Meet Info" on their main website, says:
At-large qualifiers into NXN from the regionals: A total of four at-large club team berths and five at-large individual berths per gender will be awarded. Clubs placing either third or fourth in the championship division race at each regional will move into a pool of clubs receiving consideration for advancing to NXN as an at-large qualifier. All runners competing in an NXR qualifier event receive consideration for advancing to NXN as an at-large qualifier. A committee of experts will determine the at-large team and individual qualifiers.
So there are at-large individuals, but when it says "all runners competing in an NXR qualifier event receive consideration for advancing to NXN as an at-large qualifier," I assume this means only they receive consideration, i.e., no NXR, no NXN. Though I guess there's technically still some wiggle-room, if you really strain the meaning of the text.

It’s 2023. Why can’t the courses be measured correctly ahead of time?
My guess is they need to change the course a little from last year's and they don't have a ton of access to the course because it is a golf course. So they are working on the fly. Kind of annoying but they all run the same course anyway.
